A three piece, silver plate bar lemon squeeze. This wonderful, and quite rare piece was made by the French silversmith; Christofle. This was designed to be kept on a bar with other bar tools such as the cocktail shaker and measures for helping to make cocktails which require freshly squeezed juice. Be it a Margarita or the likes of a Pain Killer. It is designed in order to capture the juice in the bottom container. The squeeze part will keep the pith and pips out of the juice. This part can then be removed, cleaned and the juice can be added as required. The lid can be added when required to keep it clean. It could also be used as a small cocktail shaker for making a single serving.
